Let me start by saying Tom is the greatest because I was having so much trouble with Covered California. My trouble began about 3 years ago with Covered California trying to get my husband, my daughter and myself on a plan. Something was always going wrong, we were in the system twice, we were told things were corrected and found out they weren’t... I spent so much time calling Covered California. I was getting so frustrated calling all the time back and forth, explaining my situation to a different person every time. Then I found Tom and he fixed my problem in about a week. Got all three of us on a great plan and a great price. I highly recommend Tom he was able to quickly fix all the problems when others couldn’t.
